About the role
A senior operational role within a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand, the Senior Supply Planner (Rework and Co-Pack) is responsible for delivering strong product availability across a complex or high-priority portfolio.
The role converts demand, launch and commercial priorities into an integrated rework and co-pack plan, balancing work-in-progress, packaging, component readiness, supplier capacity, cost and deployment requirements across the planning horizon.
As a subject-matter expert, the successful candidate will lead cross-functional constraint resolution, improve planning discipline and coach colleagues while remaining directly accountable for planning execution. The right candidate will combine strong judgement, analytical depth, resilience and influential stakeholder management. As a Senior Supply Planner (Rework and Co-Pack) you will
- Own the supply plan, stock position and service outcomes for a complex, high-value or high-risk rework and co-pack portfolio.
- Translate demand, launches and commercial priorities into a balanced medium-term rework and co-pack plan, challenging assumptions where required.
- Integrate WIP, packaging, components, purchase orders, capacity and deployment dependencies into one achievable plan.
- Lead weekly prioritisation of rework and co-pack activity, making recommendations on capacity allocation, sequencing and recovery actions.
- Resolve complex shortages and constraints across suppliers and internal teams, escalating decisions with clear options, impacts and recommendations.
- Assure the accuracy and integrity of planning data, inventory status, expected availability and free-issue stock at third-party locations.
- Lead operational supplier reviews for allocated partners, driving OTIF, capacity, inventory accuracy and agreed improvement actions.
- Provide forward-looking availability, risk and opportunity insight to regional, deployment, commercial and launch stakeholders.
- Coordinate readiness for priority launches, campaigns and business-critical rework, ensuring material, quality and capacity dependencies are aligned.
- Analyse rework and co-pack costs, stock projections and operational performance, explaining variances and recommending corrective action.
- Provide robust inputs to supply reviews and S&OP, including scenarios, constraints, service implications and recovery plans.
- Lead defined process, reporting or systems improvements and embed consistent planning standards across the team and supply partners.
- Coach planners, share specialist knowledge and deputise for the Supply Planning Manager on operational forums when required.
