Intermediate Site Engineer CL04

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision.

• Solid understanding of structural engineering principles and practices.

• Experience in structural consultancy as a structural engineer is advantageous.

• Ability to coordinate with design teams and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Senior Site Engineer CL06

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and site supervision.

• Proven track record of managing complex site projects and leading engineering teams.

• Strong background in structural consultancy prior to site engineering roles is highly desirable.

• Expertise in interpreting structural drawings, specifications, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Carefully supervise all site construction work for civil and structure to make sure it follows design plans and safety rules.

• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and project teams to quickly solve technical problems.

• Inspect the site regularly and give clear technical advice to junior engineers and site workers.

• Make sure project deadlines are met on time without lowering quality or safety standards.

• Represent the company on site, keeping good communication and coordination with everyone involved.

• Work together with other disciplines to avoid conflicts during construction and coordinate with other consultants on site.

• Act as the company representative on site, maintaining effective communication and coordination.

• Facilitate interdiscipline collaboration to prevent clashes during construction and coordinate with other discipline consultants on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.

• Adequate knowledge for structure (had an experience working as structural engineer in a consultant firm like Beca or others)

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
