We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Strategy & Business Development Manager to join our Gaming PC Portfolio, Solutions & Experiences team. This individual will identify, build, and scale revenue-driving opportunities across direct industry partnerships, channel partner ecosystems, and D2C commercial models through HyperX.com.
The account management and partnerships go beyond traditional brand collaborations for HyperX – it is a strategic commercial function focused on:
Driving and executing the revenue strategy across various channels
Building scalable revenue opportunities
Driving innovation through world-class partnerships
Accelerating brand relevance in the gaming industry.
The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong relationship-building skills to unlock new business opportunities, create scalable partnership models, and accelerate profitable revenue growth across HyperX’s global ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Own and develop revenue growth strategies for gaming partnership-led initiatives, including direct B2B partnerships, channel-led programmes, and D2C opportunities through HyperX.com
Represent a wide portfolio of HyperX categories, including HyperX PC’s, Notebooks, Peripherals, Monitors, 3D Print and Customisation opportunities, Software and more.
Develop and own a portfolio of high-impact strategic partners across gaming, tech and lifestyle sectors
Seek and convert revenue generation opportunities through partnerships, including licensing, co-branded products, B2B and B2B2C solutions, channel partner programmes, D2C activations, software, bounties, and other commercial models
Build business cases, revenue forecasts, TAM assessments, and commercial scenarios to prioritise the highest-value partnership opportunities and inform investment decisions
Develop scalable go-to-market approaches with internal category & sales teams, e-commerce teams, marketing and other stakeholders to maximise reach, conversion, and revenue capture
Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements to maximise long-term value
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from outreach and negotiation to execution and post-launch optimisation, whilst bringing in relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
Leverage relationships to get the highest possible values whilst balancing business goals, product launches, available resources/budget, and stakeholder commitment
Work closely and cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, 3D Print, Product Development, Sales, etc.
Assist other internal teams with partnership efforts, proposals, negotiation and vetting where needed
Track and report on partnership performance, KPIs, pipeline health, revenue contribution, margin impact, conversion metrics, and financial outcomes
Conduct research to stay up to date on gaming & esports trends and technology news.
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s or University degree or significant relevant experience in Business Development, Marketing, Business or Strategic Alliances, ideally within gaming, tech, or consumer electronics
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable business impact, including sales
5-10 years of experience at a fast-paced company
True self-starter: proactive, independent, responsive, adaptable and takes ownership.
Expert at building relationships and managing stakeholders
Experience working in and with complex matrixed organisations
Powerful presenter with strong communication skills
Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiation, deal structuring and revenue generation
Experience defining and executing revenue growth strategies across multiple routes to market
Strong ability to build commercial models, business cases, pricing approaches, forecasts, and performance dashboards that support investment decisions and revenue accountability
Ability to work effectively in both local and international remote teams
Ability to think strategically and creatively with the ability to translate vision into execution

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
