About the Role
As a Senior Strategist, you’ll develop insight-led marketing and communications strategies that address client challenges and improve brand performance. You’ll work across creative, media, data, and production teams to turn strategic thinking into impactful campaigns while supporting the growth of fellow strategists.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing and communications strategies aligned with client goals and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, media, data, and production teams to integrate strategies across channels.
- Analyze markets, audiences, competitors, and industry trends to inform strategic direction.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
- Mentor strategists and CMs, fostering development and collaboration.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs and refine strategies based on results.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
Qualifications & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or consulting, preferably in an agency setting.
- A track record of developing effective, innovative strategies across clients and industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience using AI tools and methodologies to improve strategic workflows, deepen analysis, and inform creative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
