As a People Partner at ASM, you are part of the Global People team.

This role reports to the Country People Head based in Taiwan and partners closely with managers and employees to support business objectives and deliver people solutions. The role is responsible for providing day-to-day HR partnering support while driving the successful planning and execution of learning, employee engagement, talent development, and organizational initiatives.

You will collaborate with Global and Regional People Partners, as well as Centers of Excellence (CoEs), to support the implementation of people programs and enhance employee experience in Taiwan.

This role requires strong collaboration, program management, and hands-on execution capabilities in a dynamic business environment.

What you will be working on

• Partner with assigned business units and managers to provide HR support and address people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning, employee development, and organizational initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development programs, employee engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement people programs and HR initiatives in Taiwan.
• Support talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development activities.
• Facilitate onboarding, employee listening activities, and action planning to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Analyze people data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters.
• Coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution of people processes and programs.
• Act as a culture ambassador, promoting ASM values and desired behaviors.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years of HR experience, including exposure to HR partnering, learning & development, talent management, or employee engagement.
• Experience supporting business leaders and employees in a multinational environment preferred.
• Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience is an advantage.
• Experience in managing HR programs, training initiatives, or employee engagement activities is preferred.
