Position Overview
The Senior Specialist, Communications, will support the development and implementation of communications plans, programs and activities within the Finance and Supply Chain functions. This role serves as a strategic business partner providing counsel and support to functional leadership to ensure impactful communications. Description
- Work closely with functional leaders and business partners to develop and implement strategic internal communications plans, campaigns and initiatives — including the delivery of on-brand content and messaging for employees through a variety of mediums and channels (intranet, email, print / digital collateral, video, talking points, articles, town halls, social media).
- Support the development and implementation of Finance and Supply Chain communications for C&S’s integration transformation.
- Edit and refine Finance and Supply Chain content for clarity, accuracy and adherence to AP style, ensuring messages are effective and aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with design team to produce graphics, infographics and videos that complement editorial content.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend new strategies and innovative solutions.
- Work with the Director of Communications, and SVP, Communications & Marketing, to ensure consistency with external messaging and strategy, including matters affecting reputation and crisis response.
- Partner with vendors and consultants, as needed.
- This is a hybrid position requiring work in the office three days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week, based on business needs.
- Travel, as required, to team, business partner and / or company meetings.

Skills
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; knowledge of AP style
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, employee-friendly messaging
- Experience supporting executive communication and / or leadership messaging preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset and a drive to innovate
Years Of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR and/or Journalism
