Drive the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to meet organizational goalsLead customization and configuration efforts on Salesforce platforms, utilizing Apex Triggers, Classes, Visual Force, Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports, and DashboardsDevelop and manage integrations with Salesforce APIs, leveraging REST/SOAP, OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and JWT authentication for seamless connectivityOptimize Salesforce Object Model usage and enforce Governor Limits to ensure high performance and scalabilityOversee deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, including Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, and GitUtilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages to streamline development and deployment workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions and manage multiple projectsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring robust and reliable operationsRequired Skills:
