Why This Role Matters

As a Senior Software Developer you will join our OmniWMS Product & Technology team, a team at the heart of the evolution of our multi-component Warehouse Management System, a distributed platform that powers mission-critical warehouse operations around the world. You’ll deliver release features across both the legacy and modern parts of the platform, working end to end across front end, back end and database. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, improve the performance of high-volume workflows and help modernize the platform step by step, using AI-assisted development to move faster while applying sound engineering judgment. Along the way you’ll learn the WMS domain and work with AWS-native services and AI built into the product, adding value by keeping critical warehouse operations stable while the platform evolves.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

· Build and ship release features and enhancements on our multi-component WMS platform, working across front end, back end and database.

· Work across legacy and modern technology stacks, including .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC and Entity Framework, while helping improve architecture, maintainability and testability over time.

· Contribute to modernization initiatives such as migrating legacy components, upgrading frameworks and refactoring.

· Troubleshoot and debug issues end to end, and optimize high-volume transactional workflows on SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

· Develop responsive web and mobile interfaces used in daily warehouse operations, using JavaScript, Vue, jQuery, Razor Views and PWA components.

· Use AI-assisted development tools to understand code, accelerate delivery and support modernization, reviewing all AI-generated output with sound judgment.

· Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, product managers and support teams, and take part in code reviews and technical design discussions.

What You Bring

You do not need to match every line below. If most of it describes you, apply:

· 3–7 years of full-stack software development experience, with strong programming and object-oriented design fundamentals.

· Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and debugging skills, and the ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar codebases and technology stacks.

· Hands-on backend experience in .NET/C#, Java or a similar enterprise stack, including REST APIs and ORM frameworks. Prior .NET experience is a plus, not a requirement.

· Strong JavaScript/TypeScript with a modern front-end framework. Vue is preferred; React or Angular experience is welcome if you can transition to Vue quickly.

· Solid working knowledge of relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including complex queries and performance troubleshooting.

· Comfort using AI-assisted development tools to understand code and deliver changes, with the judgment to review what they produce.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills in an Agile environment, and a willingness to work on both legacy and modern components. Experience with application modernization is a plus.
