Sr. Software Development Engineer II will serve as a technical leader within an agile software development team, responsible for architecture design, technical direction, feature implementation, and quality delivery of enterprise-grade systems on the Microsoft .NET technology stack. This role involves mentoring engineers, leading complex software initiatives, and ensuring scalability and reliability in a high-transaction environment.

Lead system architecture design, define technical roadmap and coding standards to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.

Take ownership of key technical decisions, including framework selection, database design, API standards, and caching strategies.

推动微服务化、API-first架构及CI/CD自动化部署体系。

Drive microservices adoption, API-first architecture, and CI/CD automation pipelines.

设计和维护企业级后端服务框架，确保高可用性与可维护性。

Design and maintain enterprise-level backend frameworks to ensure high availability and maintainability.

团队管理与指导 / Team Management & Mentorship

带领和指导后端开发团队成员，促进代码审查（Code Review）、测试驱动开发（TDD）及工程最佳实践。

Lead and mentor backend engineers, promoting code reviews, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and engineering best practices.

负责团队的工作分配、进度跟踪与技术培训。

Oversee task allocation, progress tracking, and technical training within the team.

指导团队成员在系统设计、性能优化与问题排查方面的能力提升。

Coach team members to improve their skills in system design, performance optimization, and issue troubleshooting.

在项目开发中，作为技术核心与业务桥梁，协调产品、前端、QA、DevOps等团队的协作。

Serve as a technical focal point and bridge between business and engineering, coordinating collaboration among product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.

系统开发与优化 / System Development & Optimization

参与并主导关键模块的设计与编码，确保系统稳定性与高并发性能。

Participate in and lead the design and implementation of critical modules to ensure system stability and high concurrency performance.

承担复杂功能的开发、调试与性能调优任务（包括SQL优化、缓存管理、异步处理等）。

Take responsibility for complex feature development, debugging, and performance tuning (including SQL optimization, cache management, and asynchronous processing).

建立代码规范与质量基线，推动持续集成与自动化测试流程。

Establish coding standards and quality baselines while driving continuous integration and automated testing workflows.

定期进行技术债务分析与系统重构建议。

Conduct periodic technical debt assessments and propose system refactoring improvements.

项目与交付管理 / Project and Delivery Management

参与项目规划与资源评估，确保交付按时、按质完成。

Contribute to project planning and resource estimation to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.

协助产品经理与架构师制定开发计划与技术风险预案。

Collaborate with product managers and architects to define development plans and technical risk mitigation strategies.
