What will your responsibilities be? 

• Provide specialist support and oversight on court cases, ensuring work is completed within required timescales.
• Support social workers with court reports, statements, assessments, and care planning.
• Ensure the quality of practice and documentation meets statutory and local authority standards.
• Offer guidance, mentoring, and professional support to team members.
• Undertake audits and quality assurance tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with managers and partner agencies to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Complete additional non case holding duties as requested by the Team Manager.

Qualifications and Experience: 

To be successful in this role you must have;  

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Significant post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
• Extensive court work experience.
• Degree level qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
