Position Overview:

We need Senior Sitecore Developers to build the headless Sitecore solution that powers a large multi-market website, member portal and the content layer behind native mobile apps. You will build components, templates and the integration handlers that connect Sitecore to our enterprise CRM through an integration layer. You will set patterns the wider build team follows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Sitecore XM Cloud components, renderings, templates and serialized items — up to roughly 200 page templates and variants across the programme.
• Build and consume Experience / Edge APIs that expose personalisation tokens (tier, segment, next-best-offer, active campaign) to the front-end and to mobile.
• Implement inbound and outbound integration handlers to the enterprise integration layer: lead and subscription capture, behavioural events to the customer data platform, self-service case submission, and member-action events.
• Implement Sitecore-native search and personalisation surfaces (homepage hero, offers, content blocks).
• Build a source-controlled solution with Sitecore CLI serialization and contribute to the CI/CD pipeline.
• Write fully commented, documented code; participate in code review and uphold security and performance standards.
• Support content migration and integration testing through to go-live and hypercare.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3- 5 years of professional Sitecore development.
• Hands-on experience with SiteCore XM Cloud or SiteCore Headless (JSS) — production, not proof-of-concept.
• Strong C# / .NET and REST API integration skills.
• Experience with Sitecore serialization (Sitecore CLI / Sitecore Content Serialization) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of SiteCore content modelling, templates, renderings and workflows.

Nice-to-have

• GraphQL / Sitecore Edge experience.
• Front-end familiarity (Next.js / React, TypeScript).
• Experience with an enterprise integration layer (MuleSoft) or event-driven integration.
• Multi-language / multi-site and right-to-left (Arabic) experience.
• Content migration tooling experience.
• Sitecore certification (10.x or XM Cloud).
