p is seeking a Platform Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize our core technology platforms, ensuring their scalability, reliability, and security in support of our digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:**

*   Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable platform infrastructure using configuration management and release automation tools.
*   Drive continuous deployment and release processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality software delivery.
*   Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with platform services and define optimal system architectures.
*   Apply Agility core practices to platform development, fostering iterative improvement and rapid response to changing requirements.
*   Implement and enforce information security best practices across all platform components.
*   Develop and maintain scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
*   Participate in source control and code management activities, ensuring code quality and version control.
*   Contribute to the design and implementation of relational data models for platform data storage.
*   Perform service operations and resilience engineering to ensure platform availability and performance.
*   Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions within the engineering team.
*   Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*   Support Digital Project Management efforts by providing technical insights and estimates.
*   Contribute to creating a high performing team culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
*   Conduct system design activities, including architecture reviews and technology selection.

Job Qualifications:**

*   Proven experience as a Platform Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of system design principles.
*   Expertise in AWS Services, Cloud, ADO, CI/CD Pipelines, Deployment processes, Configuration management and release automation tools.
*   Demonstrated experience with Continuous deployment and release methodologies.
*   Solid understanding of Agility core practices and their application in platform development.
*   Proficiency in Scripting languages for automation and system management - Python, Nodejs.
*   Strong knowledge of Source control and code management systems.
*   Experience with Relational Data Modeling and database technologies.
*   Understanding of Information Security principles and best practices.
*   Familiarity with Service operations and resilience engineering.
*   Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*   Experience with Solution Architecture and its implementation and SDLC.
*   Ability to Facilitate technical discussions and drive consensus.
*   Understanding of Digital Project Management principles.
*   A commitment to Creating a high performing team environment.
