 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior SEO & AI Visibility Manager to lead the next evolution of organic growth, where traditional search meets AI-driven discovery. In this newly defined leadership role, you’ll own organic search performance and AI visibility (GEO) across multiple university partner sites, ensuring our brands are not just found, but trusted, cited, and chosen. This is a high-impact, commercially focused role where you will shape how prospects discover and engage with education in an AI-first world.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organic search and AI visibility (GEO) strategy across partner websites
• Build and maintain demand roadmaps aligned to commercial priorities
• Optimise for SEO and AI discovery (LLMs, AI Overviews, generative search)
•  Stay ahead of evolving search behaviours and platforms
• Drive technical SEO initiatives (crawlability, indexing, site performance)
• Champion AI-readiness, including structured data and LLM optimisation
• Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for digital and IT teams
• Partner with content, PR and comms teams to build authority and visibility
• Ensure content ecosystems are structured around topics, entities, and intent  
• Increase brand authority, citations, and trust signals across search and AI environments
• Own organic performance reporting across all partner sites
• Deliver measurable growth in leads, enrolments, and authority
• Reduce reliance on paid media through sustainable organic strategies

 About you

• 6+ years’ experience in SEO, organic growth or search strategy  Proven experience delivering commercial outcomes from SEO
• Strong expertise in technical SEO and content-driven strategies
• Experience with entity-based search, topic clustering, and AI-driven discovery (GEO)
• Ability to influence stakeholders across complex, multi-partner environments
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations
