• Performs staff support activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs  
• Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information. 
• Investigate market data and research to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s salary ranges and pay programs. 
• Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices. May administer both domestic and international programs.  
• Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions. 
• Administers and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries. 
• Provides functional compensation expertise and recommendations to HRIS to increase automation of compensation programs by leveraging systems and technology 
• Works closely with HRIS team, Global HR Operations teams, Regional Rewards and HR Analysts 
• Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Managements on job evaluations, new job creation and job descriptions. 
• Supports the design, implementation and execution of Rewards Cycles and processes 
• Supports HR Business partners with salary adjustments for compliance to established guidelines, policies and practices. Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems. 
• May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as bonus plans, sales compensation or long-term incentives. 
• Develops reports and provides simulation for a variety of compensation and HR projects.
