Pharmacometrics (PMx) applications including population pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, exposure-response, disease progression, and model-based meta-analyses (MBMA). Understanding of modern PMx approaches such as mechanistic modeling (QSP and PBPK), scientific machine learning and agentic workflows are a significant bonus.
