What You'll Do

Drive Quality, Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Spot process gaps and recommend practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, quality, and overall effectiveness.

• Dig into root causes and help implement corrective actions that solve issues and prevent them from recurring.

• Turn ideas into sustainable improvements that create measurable impact.

Enhance Experiences & Stakeholder Engagement

• Listen to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to uncover pain points and improve the overall experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design future-ready solutions that are simple, effective, and scalable.

Analyze Data & Measure Results

• Use metrics, trends, and outcomes to guide smarter decisions and continuous improvement efforts.

• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that support performance, quality, and business goals.

Support Compliance & Quality Management

• Keep process documentation clear, current, and ready to support audits, reviews, and improvement efforts.

• Help ensure work aligns with applicable standards, regulations, and quality best practices.

Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives

• Move improvement projects forward from planning through execution.

• Bring internal partners and vendors together to implement solutions and improve outcomes.

• Keep deliverables, timelines, budgets, and business priorities on track.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support surveys, training, customer support, performance evaluation, and other efforts that improve how work gets done.

• Be a champion for continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality, process improvement, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a related field.

• You enjoy looking at how work gets done and finding smart ways to make processes better.

• Strong problem solver who can get to the root of an issue and help drive lasting solutions.

• You use data, metrics, and insights to make informed recommendations and guide decisions.

• You are comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams to move work forward.

• You communicate clearly, stay organized, and know how to document details that keep work on track.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Relevant certifications in quality, process improvement, or project management are a plus.

• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or quality management systems will help you succeed in this role.
