What’s on offer?

We’re looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team based in Minto. You’ll support the delivery of civil infrastructure and surfacing projects, using 3D technology to improve planning and project outcomes. While projects are live, you’ll be primarily site-based to oversee works delivery, with some time spent off site as required. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll lead, mentor and develop engineers. This role suits an established project engineer ready to step up or an experienced Senior Project Engineer seeking a new opportunity.

What you’ll do?

• Coordinate civil infrastructure projects to meet safety, quality, program and commercial requirements
• Supervise engineers and support their day-to-day project responsibilities
• Mentor and coach engineers to build their technical and delivery capability
• Use 3D technology to support project planning and delivery
• Communicate project priorities, risks and progress across the team
• Work collaboratively and contribute wherever needed to achieve project outcomes

How you’ll connect to the role?

• Project or senior project engineering experience in civil infrastructure
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Clear communication with project teams, crews and stakeholders
• A collaborative leadership style focused on teamwork and development
• Desirable: asphalt, bulk earthworks or concrete pavement experience
