Anduril Industries · Vor Ort · Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

About the Team

The Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) team determines whether Anduril's capabilities can be exported, to whom, and on what authority. We secure the approvals that turn a product into a releasable product: Low Observable and Counter-Low Observable Tri-Service Committee decision memoranda, Critical Program Information assessments, service export baselines, and the disclosure policy that governs what may be said to a partner nation and when.

We work across every business line and every service. Our counterparts are SAF/IA, NIPO, DTSA, DASA DE&C, the program executive offices, and the security assistance enterprise. We partner daily with International Trade Compliance on licensing, and with Global Defense capture teams whose pursuits depend on the approvals we obtain. When exportability is the constraint on a campaign, we are the path off it.

About the Job

This role owns the program management backbone of TSFD execution. You will run the assessment and approval pipeline end to end: scoping product reviews, assembling the artifacts and stakeholders, driving classified assessments to a signed decision, and tracking every open action to closure across dozens of concurrent capabilities and partner nations.

You will navigate complex Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) pipelines, the Low Observable/Counter-Low Observable Tri-Services Committee (LO/CLO TSC), and Anti-Tamper (AT) frameworks to enable Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS).

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate and interface with the Anduril Global Defense TSFD and International Trade Compliance teams to serve as an engineering focal point navigating Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure (TSFD) pipes and approval processes across the military departments and joint agencies.
  • Lead engineering engagements with Business Line Engineering Leads and author technical data packages for the Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable Tri-Services Committee (LO/CLO TSC).
  • Interface with platform engineering teams to educate, apply, and enforce the requirements of DoDM S-5230.28 across the Anduril portfolio.
  • Collaborate and interface with the Anduril Global Defense TSFD and International Trade Compliance teams to structure platform release roadmaps supporting both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) export licenses.
  • Interface with platform engineering teams to identify and classify Critical Program Information (CPI).
  • Collaborate with Anti-Tamper (AT) engineers to understand AT architectures (hardware, software, and cryptographic barriers) designed to protect CPI throughout export platform lifecycles.
  • Run the action-tracking discipline across the team: owners, due dates, and follow-through on commitments made to program offices and internal stakeholders.
  • Build the repeatable process, templates, and artifact standards that shorten time from assessment request to approval as the number of capabilities under review grows.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in defense program management, export control, technology transfer, foreign disclosure, or security assistance.
  • Working knowledge of the U.S. export control regime, including ITAR and EAR, and of the authorities governing technology release to foreign partners.
  • Demonstrated program or project management ability in an environment with many concurrent efforts, external dependencies, and hard deadlines set by others.
  • Experience coordinating across government stakeholders such as program executive offices, service international affairs organizations, DTSA, or the security assistance enterprise.
  • Exceptional written communication, with the ability to turn regulatory and classified detail into concise decision-ready reporting for senior leaders.
  • High-integrity judgment handling controlled and classified information, and the discipline to be precise about what is approved versus what is merely expected.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • US Citizen with active Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with Tri-Service Committee processes, Low Observable and Counter-Low Observable equities, and Critical Program Information assessments.
  • Proven experience developing technical briefs, performance specification sheets, and platform descriptions supporting product design reviews (SRR,PDR,CDR,TRR).
  • Prior service in a foreign disclosure officer, technology control officer, or international programs role in DoD or industry.
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales case development, from Letter of Request through Letter of Offer and Acceptance.
  • Experience with Anduril product families, particularly autonomy, munitions, or command and control software.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Comfort building trackers and reporting in Salesforce, Confluence, or similar tooling rather than waiting for a system to be provided.
