As our Senior Product Specialist, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge die bonding technology and the customers who rely on it. You’ll translate complex technical capabilities into real-world solutions, ensuring our machines deliver maximum value across diverse manufacturing environments.
Your expertise will directly influence product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the evolution of our next-generation systems. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, application support, and product development.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the go-to technical expert for our die bonding machine portfolio, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, application trials, and process optimization sessions for customers.
Collaborate with R&D to provide market-driven feedback on product features, performance, and usability.
Develop and deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, both remotely and on-site.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, application notes, and competitive analysis reports.
Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer visits to showcase our solutions.
Work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to identify customer needs and develop effective technical solutions.
What You’ll Need
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related manufacturing technology.
Strong understanding of die bonding processes, materials, and equipment operation.
Hands-on experience with motion control systems, vision alignment, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support, training, and technical activities.
Ability to effectively liaise with business clients in Hong Kong and China; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
