Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

Team Overview

The PSA Vault is Collectors' secure storage and marketplace-enablement service for cards and collectibles, letting customers route items from Collectors’ grading business lines into professionally secured storage. Once a card is vaulted, owners can view it in their online collection, list it for sale, accept purchase offers, or have it shipped home at any time, with the Vault's warehouse management and fulfillment systems working in tandem with PSA's grading and shipping operations to move cards seamlessly between submission, storage, and sale. As a core layer connecting PSA's grading pipeline to Collectors' broader marketplace (including integrations like PSA Vault on eBay), the Vault plays a central role in how collectors buy, sell, and hold value in their collections.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-minded Sr. Product Manager for the Vault Operations Product Experience team. In this role, you'll lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation through optimization of existing features — for the PSA Vault and Warehouse Management (WMS) systems. You'll partner closely with internal product & team teams, Grading & Marketplace business partners and cross-org Operations teams to identify opportunities that add value for both internal and external customers. You’ll own the product vision for Vault and WMS while working hand-in-hand with stakeholders and technical partners to assess feasibility and drive prioritization.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; has led strategic roadmap prioritization with senior leadership; partners effectively with technical teams to build innovative solutions; manages multiple stakeholders across functions; has implemented mechanisms (with AI, technical or operational) to improve processes at scale, and has experience developing system and operational processes alongside Operators and business partners. Success in this role requires superior communication skills paired with the analytical rigor to break down complex operational problems, a high sense of ownership, and a proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level.

Role Location

The ideal candidate is in the North East within a 2-3 hour travel radius from the Vault in Delaware or the PSA Harborside Office in New Jersey. In office, remote, or hybrid candidates will be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the daily Operational support and systemic continuous improvements. Establish collaborative relationships with Vault Operations leaders and support daily, ongoing requests for issue resolution or continuous improvements in Vault tools and WMS. Serve as the accountable leader for the reliability, roadmap and improvements of these systems.

  • Own product vision and strategy end-to-end Define a unified vision for Vault and WMS that serves Operations at scale while giving customers effortless, transparent control over where their cards live and how they move.

  • Build the operational backbone. Lead continuous improvements of the established Vault and Warehouse Management systems — inbound receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, and inventory accuracy — so Operators can process volume reliably as the business scales.

  • Optimize the flow between systems. Partner with Engineering to strengthen the handoffs between Grading business lines, ProShip, and Vault WMS, reducing manual steps and increasing outbound shipping efficiency.

  • Elevate the customer experience. Make it effortless for customers to understand where their cards are, move them between vault, marketplace, and home shipment, and trust that the system reflects reality.

  • Drive cross-functional execution. Translate strategy into clear priorities, specs, and user stories. Coordinate delivery across Vault, Grading, Shipping, Marketplace, and Operations, keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving.

  • Instrument and iterate. Define success metrics, implement tracking, and run experiments. Make high-conviction, data-informed decisions with both speed and rigor.

  • Connect the ecosystem. Ensure seamless handoffs across the broader PSA enterprise — from Grading to Vault to Marketplace — reducing friction and resolving cross-system dependencies.

  • Communicate with clarity at every level. From executive roadmap reviews to Ops floor walkthroughs, synthesize complexity, articulate tradeoffs, and drive alignment across business, engineering, and operational partners.

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years in product management, with a track record of shipping and scaling products that have measurable operational and business impact, including at least 5 years working on Operations products related to Shipping, WMS, and/or manufacturing. Senior IC experience at a high-growth company. Experience building and operating systems that support physical operations at scale, such as fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or supply chain platforms, or comparable high-reliability, customer-facing systems.

  • Operations fluency meets systems thinking. You understand physical-operations platforms — receiving, storage, pick/pack, outbound shipping, inventory — and you know the levers that move throughput, accuracy, and cost at scale. Comfortable untangling multi-system flows, including payments, logistics, and risk, and turning them into clean, intuitive internal and external customer experiences.

  • Data-driven decision-maker. Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify product opportunities and validate outcomes. You pair product intuition with quantitative rigor.

  • Systems thinker. Comfortable untangling multi-system flows across Grading, Shipping, WMS, and Marketplace, and turning them into clean, reliable operational and customer experiences. Track record of partnering effectively with product and operations teams, translating operational requirements into robust technical solutions.

  • Leverage AI to drive operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to Vault and WMS workflows, building tools that help Operators move faster, reduce manual work, and scale with volume.

  • Influential communicator. You align executives, Operators, Product and engineering teams without direct authority — simplifying complex topics for broad audiences, managing expectations, and orienting a team around a goal.

  • Bias for ownership. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, launches successful products end-to-end, and takes full accountability for outcomes with urgency and drive. Natural leadership in mobilizing teams around requirements, development, testing, execution and general project management fundamentals.

  • Empathy for the customer. The ability to listen and obsess over our customers — both external collectors and internal Operators — as the foundation for every product decision.

  • Travel. This role may require between 20% - 60% travel depending on the lifecycle of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building and operating systems that support physical operations at scale, such as fulfillment, logistics, warehouse management, inventory, or supply chain platforms, or comparable high-reliability, customer-facing systems.

  • Track record of partnering effectively with product and operations teams, translating operational requirements into robust technical solutions.

  • Passion for collecting is a plus.
