Job details:
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design, from discovery and research through to prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team of Product Design professionals.
Partner with product and technical teams to align user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate solutions.
Conduct usability testing, customer research, and data-driven analysis to validate concepts and enhance user experiences.
Simplify complex insurance processes and regulatory requirements into intuitive, user-centred journeys.
Present and advocate design solutions to stakeholders using evidence-based insights, while integrating AI into design workflows.
Essential skills/experience:
Experienced in designing digital products, ideally within consumer, fintech, or insurance sectors.
A natural leader, with demonstratable experience managing and developing high performing teams
Proficient in industry-standard design and AI tools such as the Figma suite, Copilot and other emerging AI-enabled design platforms.
Strong collaborator with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates user-centred design expertise through a portfolio showcasing clear processes and successful outcomes.
Solid understanding of best practice UX principles and experience working within a design system
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
