The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products to meet and exceed customer expectations while championing user-centric design principles.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of usability and exceptional design skills that are clearly demonstrated in your folio. The candidate will have the ability to know how to choose the right direction and fidelity level for the differing needs. You will be responsible for designing and developing SaaS products that are customer-focused, meet usability /accessibility requirements, and are thoughtfully designed.
What You Will be Doing
- Leverage your extensive experience in product design to create innovative, user-centered design solutions that align with our product goals. Understand that creating options is a key skill in working with executive to drive products forward.
- Apply your deep knowledge of usability principles to ensure our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible to a diverse audience. Aware of and understand the requirement to meet ADA and WCAG usability standards.
- Demonstrate your proficiency in design tools and techniques to produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gain buy-in for design choices and ensure a unified vision.
- Exhibit excellent English language skills in both written and verbal communication to convey design concepts, rationale, and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Understand customer needs deeply through research, user feedback, and data analysis. Advocate for user-centered design decisions that enhance the overall customer experience.
- Navigate the challenges of aligning business goals with user needs while providing valuable input to developers to ensure the best possible design implementation.
- Champion the user or customer experience throughout the product development lifecycle, advocating for user-centric decisions at every stage.

Design Structure
The Product Design team is part of the Product Management Team. We provide critical insight and actionable materials for product development, we work closely with key divisions including Management, R&D, QA, and Release teams. We have extended relationships with other key teams including Brand, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
What We Need from You
We understand that you have a range of skills and interests, so we are always eager to learn about skills that can be impactful to the Product Experience including Print / Packaging / Motion / Animation / Copywriting (English and/or other languages)
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in product design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in product design.
- Proven track record of successful product designs and usability improvements.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in design solutions.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- A folio of previous work that demonstrates smart choices, solid usability, and outstanding design skills.
- Nice to have nice-to-have knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
