Goal of function: The Senior Pricing Excellence Manager drives the development and execution of pricing strategies, policies, and commercial frameworks to optimize price realization and profitability across global markets. The role ensures disciplined pricing governance, translates analytics into actionable initiatives, and partners with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders to embed pricing excellence, improve margin performance, and deliver sustainable business growth.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global pricing strategies, guardrails, and commercial frameworks to drive profitable growth
• Translate pricing analytics, market insights, and customer value into actionable pricing policies and initiatives
• Establish and optimize pricing, discount, rebate, and gross-to-net frameworks to improve price realization
• Ensure consistent pricing governance, compliance, and policy execution across markets
• Lead annual pricing reviews, target setting, and price realization management
• Identify and capture pricing opportunities through analysis of price dispersion, leakage, renewals, and market trends
• Drive commercial execution by supporting deal reviews, contract negotiations, and pricing interventions
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to maximize pricing impact and business performance
• Build pricing capabilities, tools, and best-practice sharing to strengthen pricing maturity across the organization
• Promote a culture of pricing excellence, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, revenue management, or similar functions, ideally within MedTech, healthcare, life sciences, or complex B2B environments
• Proven track record of developing and implementing pricing strategies, discount frameworks, commercial policies, and governance models that deliver measurable business results
• Experience managing pricing across multiple markets, leveraging analytics to drive commercial actions, improve price realization, profitability, and revenue performance
• Strong ability to collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to drive pricing adoption and execution
• Deep knowledge of pricing strategy, commercial excellence, profitability management, revenue optimization, discount structures, and pricing governance
• Experienced in using pricing, analytics, CRM, ERP, financial, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to support decision-making and performance monitoring
• Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
