Sie stellen eine korrekte, gesetzeskonforme und termingerechte Payroll über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle sicher und fungieren als Subject Matter Expert für Payroll, Time & Absence, Sozialversicherungen und Steuern. Ihre Aufgaben:

• Selbständige Durchführung der monatlichen Lohnverarbeitung für über 1'000 Mitarbeitende in der Schweiz.
• Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Payroll Accounting, Lohnausweisen und Jahresendverarbeitung.
• Pflege und Validierung lohnrelevanter Personal-, Organisations- und Vergütungsdaten zur Gewährleistung einer korrekten und gesetzeskonformen Lohnverarbeitung über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle.
• Betreuung und Durchführung payrollrelevanter Prozesse in Workday, SAP und weiteren angebundenen HR-Systemen.
• Übernahme der Rolle als Subject Matter Expert für Swiss Payroll, Time & Absence, Sozialversicherungen und Steuern sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Best Practices.
• Hauptansprechpartner/in für externe Stakeholder (bspw. Sozialversicherungen)
• Bearbeitung und Koordination payrollrelevanter Anfragen und Tickets von Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften und HR Business Partnern.
• Verarbeitung und Abstimmung von Payroll-Daten, Erstellung von Payroll-Auswertungen und Analysen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance bei Kontenabstimmungen sowie HR-relevanten Rückstellungen.
• Verantwortung für interne und externe Payroll-Audits als zentrale Ansprechperson seitens HR sowie Sicherstellung der termingerechten und korrekten Bereitstellung von Dokumentationen, Daten und Abstimmungen.

Ihr Profil:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in Kombination mit einem Diplom als «HR Fachmann / Fachfrau» oder «Sozialversicherungsfachmann / Sozialversicherungsfachfrau» oder Payroll Experte.
• Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Schweizer Lohnverarbeitung in SAP HCM.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Sozialversicherungs-, Steuer- und Arbeitsrecht.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Workday und SAP HCM.
• Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten für Payroll-Reporting, Abstimmungen und Datenvalidierungen.

In this role, you will join Accelleron on a 10-month maternity leave cover assignment, ideally starting on November 1, and independently manage Swiss payroll operations for more than 1,000 employees. You will ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing throughout the employee lifecycle while acting as the subject matter expert for payroll, time & absence, social security and tax matters. In close collaboration with employees, managers, HR, Finance and external institutions, you will provide expert guidance, drive continuous process improvements and ensure successful payroll audits and regulatory compliance. A structured onboarding and comprehensive handover from the current role holder will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently execute the monthly payroll process for a workforce of over 1,000 employees in Switzerland.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, payroll accounting, salary statements and year-end activities.
• Maintain and validate payroll-relevant employee, organizational and compensation data to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage payroll-related activities within Workday, SAP and connected HR systems.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Swiss Payroll, Time & Absence, Social Security and Tax matters, providing expert guidance and ensuring regulatory compliance and best-practice application.
• Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders (e.g. social security institutions).
• Handle and coordinate payroll-related inquiries and ticket requests from employees, managers and HR Business Partners.
• Process and reconcile payroll data, prepare payroll reports and analyses, and work closely with Finance on payroll account reconciliations, HR-related accruals.
• Own internal and external payroll audits, acting as the key HR contact and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of required documentation, data and reconciliations.

Your Profile:

• Commercial education or equivalent qualification combined with a diploma “HR Fachmann / Fachfrau” or “Sozialversicherungsfachmann / Sozialversicherungsfachfrau» or Payroll Expert.
• Several years of hands-on experience in Swiss payroll processing in SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss social security regulations, taxation and labor law.
• Good knowledge of Workday and SAP HCM.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities for payroll reporting, reconciliations and data validation.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards regarding accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities, drive initiatives and implement process enhancements in a structured and pragmatic manner.
