The culture at Croudace Bay is supportive, social and deeply connected. We celebrate wins, share knowledge, solve problems together and genuinely back each other.

About the role

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will provide high quality assessment, intervention and clinical leadership for clients with complex physical disability and support needs.

Your caseload may include children, young people and adults requiring support with:

  • Home, school and community-based intervention

  • Functional independence and daily routines

  • Collaboration with families, support workers, teachers and other professionals

You will be supported to work within a transdisciplinary model, drawing on the strengths of the broader team while also contributing your own specialist OT expertise.

This role also offers opportunities to mentor others, contribute to clinical problem solving, support quality practice and continue developing your own area of specialisation.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience working with people with complex physical disability

  • Strong clinical reasoning and confidence managing complex presentations

  • An interest in assistive technology, seating, positioning, mobility and access solutions

  • Experience or interest in vehicle modifications, transport and community participation

  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work transdisciplinarily

  • A person-centred, strengths-based approach

  • A commitment to evidence-informed practice

  • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and teams

  • A willingness to mentor, share knowledge and contribute to team culture

Experience in complex disability, paediatrics, lifespan practice or neurological conditions would be highly valued.
