Makaseb is seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Media Buyer to take ownership of performance marketing, strategically scale high-spending e-commerce accounts, and maximize profitable growth by leveraging data, advanced media strategies, and high-impact creative.

Job Description:

• Own and develop the full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and execute media plans, channel strategies, budget allocation, and scaling roadmaps aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Take full ownership of campaign performance, from acquisition and conversion to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall profitability.
• Manage and optimize high-spend advertising accounts, continuously identifying opportunities for profitable scaling.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear strategic actions and growth opportunities.
• Lead ongoing audience research, segmentation, testing, and expansion to unlock new growth opportunities.
• Develop and manage structured testing frameworks for audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop performance-driven creative strategies, including concepts, hooks, angles, messaging, formats, and testing priorities.
• Provide clear creative direction based on performance data, and continuously identify winning creative patterns.
• Conduct competitor, market, keyword, and audience research to strengthen acquisition strategies.
• Build and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify performance gaps, diagnose their root causes, and proactively implement solutions.
• Continuously monitor platform updates, industry trends, emerging channels, and new performance marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of the broader digital growth and marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Performance Media Buying, with proven experience in E-Commerce.
• GCC E-commerce experience is a MUST.
• Proven track record of scaling high-spend accounts and significant revenue, with experience managing 100K+ monthly ad spend.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.
• Experience working with Salla, Zid, Shopify, and WordPress/WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Mix panel, Microsoft Clarity, and Yandex Metrical.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, CPA, CVR, AOV, and profitability.
• Strong experience in creative testing, performance creatives, copywriting, hooks, angles, and creative strategy.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, creative ideation, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a growth and ownership mindset.
• Portfolio / Case Studies are required, demonstrating measurable scaling and business results.
