The Senior Marketing Strategist is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing channel strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and revenue for Signature Hardware. Serving as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, this role translates business objectives and campaign priorities into data-driven channel strategies, ensuring cohesive customer experiences and consistent brand storytelling across all consumer touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, channel strategy, performance marketing, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and maximize results.

The ideal candidate would have experience delivering digital and social media strategies for a growing brand. Previous experience working as main point of contact for external agencies also beneficial. Candidate should excel in communication, organization, and the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Location:

This role is based in our Erlanger, KY office with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and handle channel strategies (website, email, social) that balance brand building and performance, delivering a seamless and meaningful customer journey along different stages of the funnel.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative on brief development for assets needed for campaign activation and channel performance across website, social media, email, influencer/designer partnerships, PR, and paid media.
• Establish measurement frameworks and performance metrics that evaluate both channel-level and ecosystem-level success, translating insights into recommendations.
• Identify emerging consumer trends, competitive opportunities, and marketing innovations that strengthen Signature Hardware's brand ecosystem.
• Work on complex problems/projects where situations or data analysis requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors and/or cross-channel collaboration.
• Create and provide regular reporting to Marketing Leadership, showing results against target benchmarks, along with insights and identifying innovation solutions to exceed goals.
• Present strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and growth opportunities to senior leadership in a clear manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of related experience in this field.
• Experience developing and leading omnichannel marketing strategies across paid, owned, earned, and partnership channels.
• Strong understanding of brand ecosystem management, customer journey development, channel attribution, and marketing measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objective and marketing priorities into integrated channel strategies that drive both brand equity and business impact.
• Passion for digital and a drive to continue to learn more and keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams and handling external agency partners to achieve strategic business outcomes
• Staying up to date on eCommerce, email, social and trends to stay relevant and effective.
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and key partners.
