This role will shape how Personal Wealth articulates its value to clients across segments, products, and solutions. As a strategy leader, you will develop the value propositions, positioning frameworks, and messaging foundations that guide how our offers come to life across the Personal Wealth division. You will partner closely with segment and product marketing teams, research functions, and business leaders.

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer who can turn complex business capabilities and client needs into a compelling, connected story. They are equally comfortable leading rigorous positioning work, advising senior leaders, and building alignment across a highly matrixed organization.

What You'll Own

Value Proposition & Positioning Strategy

• Lead the development and ongoing evolution of various offer value propositions and positioning across the division.
• Translate business strategy, client insights, market dynamics, and competitive context into clear, differentiated, and credible positioning.
• Create messaging architectures and strategic frameworks that define the target audience, client need, key benefit, reasons to believe, and points of differentiation.
• Ensure individual offers connect to a cohesive Personal Wealth story while retaining the specificity needed to be relevant to distinct client needs.

Strategic Partnership & Enablement

• Serve as a strategic partner to both marketing and business leaders, helping teams clarify the value of what they offer and how it should be presented to clients.
• Establish clear strategic direction and practical guidance that enables channel and execution teams to activate the positioning consistently across the client experience.
• Develop standards, tools, and governance that improve the quality, consistency, and reuse of value proposition and positioning work across the division.

What You Bring

• Minimum eight years demonstrated experience leading value proposition, positioning, messaging, offer architecture, or go-to-market strategy in a complex organization.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.
• Strong client orientation and the ability to synthesize research, business strategy, product capabilities, and competitive context into a clear strategic narrative.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and judgment, with the ability to simplify complexity without losing important nuance.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, build alignment across diverse stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
• Executive-ready communication skills, including the ability to develop persuasive recommendations and advise senior business leaders.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience using experimentation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement to optimize results.
