Role Summary

We are looking for a structured, hands-on marketer to run the marketing of F&B for 2 brands end to end.

You will turn brand direction into clear plans and calendars, launch products and campaigns on time, manage

our agencies, and report performance through our operations platform, Idara. This is an execution-heavy role

with real ownership and direct exposure to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning

• Draft the annual and quarterly marketing plan, communication direction,

marketing calendar, and KPI targets, for CEO approval.

• Maintain a single, always-updated marketing calendar across both brands.

• Keep each brand's voice and positioning distinct and consistent.

2. Initiatives & Launches

• Plan and execute product releases, offers, seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, etc.) and

awareness campaigns.

• Run every launch through a structured checklist: brief, timeline, owners, approvals, go-live, post-launch

review.

• Coordinate with operations, kitchen/R&D, supply chain and finance so launches are ready on the ground, not

just online.

3. Agency Management

• Brief social media and creative agencies clearly and on time.

• Review, challenge and approve agency output against brand guidelines and objectives.

• Track agency deliverables, timelines and performance.

4. KPIs & Reporting

• Build, monitor and own the marketing KPIs dashboard on Idara.

• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports: sales impact, campaign results, social performance,

customer feedback.

• Turn data into insights and recommendations, not just numbers.

5. Market Awareness

• Track F&B trends, competitors and platform changes in KSA and the region.

• Bring new ideas and test opportunities to the table regularly.

Must-have

• 3–5 years in marketing, with at least 2 years client-side in F&B, QSR, retail or FMCG.

• Proven experience running product launches or campaigns end to end.

• Experience managing or briefing external agencies.

• Strong organizational skills: calendars, timelines, checklists, follow-through.

• Comfortable with data: builds reports, reads sales figures, draws conclusions.

• Excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Fluent Arabic and English.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with restaurant POS or operations platforms and sales data.

• Knowledge of delivery apps' marketing tools (HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, etc.).

• Basic design or content tools (Canva, CapCut) for quick internal drafts.

• Understanding of the Jeddah market and Saudi consumer culture.

What Success Looks Like

• Within 15 days: an approved marketing plan for 2 brands, with a detailed calendar for the

next 3 months and a high-level calendar for the full year.

• Every launch delivered on schedule with a post-launch report.

• A working, trusted KPI dashboard on Idara, reviewed weekly with leadership.

• Agencies briefed and managed with clear accountability.
