Job Overview:

The Senior Marketing Analyst at CureMD plays a key role in driving product marketing and organic growth strategies through data-driven decision-making and advanced search engine optimization (SEO). This role combines strategic marketing analysis with hands-on SEO expertise to improve CureMD's digital presence, increase qualified traffic, and optimize content performance across multiple channels.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Engineering, and Business Development teams, the Senior Marketing Analyst will lead market research, develop content strategies, oversee SEO initiatives, analyze marketing performance, and provide actionable insights that support business growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic marketer and an SEO expert who can translate data into measurable business outcomes while mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices.
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive market, customer, competitor, and keyword research to identify industry trends, search opportunities, and content gaps.

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.

• Conduct technical SEO audits, collaborate with development teams to resolve SEO issues, and ensure adherence to SEO best practices.

• Analyze website performance, user behavior, and marketing data to develop actionable recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Develop and oversee high-impact content strategies, including landing pages, blogs, product pages, thought leadership, campaign messaging, and other marketing assets optimized for search intent.

• Own marketing performance reporting by presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and SEO optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Design, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align marketing and SEO initiatives with organizational objectives.

• Monitor and optimize key marketing and SEO KPIs, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and ROI.

• Ensure all research, analysis, and marketing content meets the highest standards of quality, brand consistency, and search optimization.

• Leverage AI-powered marketing tools, prompt engineering, and automation to improve research, content development, and marketing efficiency.

• Mentor Associate Marketing Analysts by sharing best practices in marketing analytics, SEO, content strategy, and performance optimization.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or SEO.

• Proven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, link-building strategies, and SEO performance analysis.

• Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of website architecture, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and SEO best practices.

• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Exceptional content strategy, storytelling, and communication skills with experience creating SEO-driven marketing content across multiple channels.

• Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives and managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools, prompt engineering, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
