Qiddiya Digital is seeking experienced Senior Manager - Technical Product Management to take end-to-end product ownership of critical digital capabilities across Qiddiya’s ecosystem.
The role will work in close partnership with the Lead Software Engineer assigned to the same domain. Together, they will form the core product and engineering leadership for the domain, ensuring that business objectives, customer needs, technical quality, and operational requirements are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
The Senior Technical Product Manager will be accountable for product roadmap, priorities, requirements, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes. The role will also oversee vendor product and delivery teams, ensuring that Qiddiya retains ownership of its roadmap, product decisions, requirements, and domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap, and priorities for the assigned digital domain.
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product capabilities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner closely with the Lead Software Engineer to align product priorities with architecture, technical feasibility, platform health, and engineering capacity.
- Maintain and prioritise the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, risk, dependencies, and technical considerations.
- Define clear business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success measures, and non-functional expectations.
- Ensure product capabilities are designed for reuse across Qiddiya’s assets, brands, channels, and customer journeys.
- Lead discovery activities, including stakeholder workshops, customer research, journey analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.
- Work closely with Experience Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Cybersecurity, Commercial, and other business teams.
- Coordinate dependencies and integration requirements across internal platforms, external partners, and related product domains.
- Provide product direction and oversight to vendor delivery teams, ensuring delivery remains aligned with Qiddiya’s priorities and standards.
- Ensure that product decisions, requirements, documentation, and platform knowledge are retained within Qiddiya.
- Define product KPIs and use data, customer insights, operational feedback, and platform performance to guide prioritisation.
- Monitor adoption, conversion, customer experience, operational performance, and business outcomes after release.
- Support incident management by assessing customer and business impact, coordinating stakeholder communication, and prioritising remediation.
- Balance the delivery of new capabilities with technical debt, resilience, compliance, operational improvement, and platform sustainability.
- Maintain clear communication on roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and expected outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ Years of product-management experience within complex digital, technology, or customer-facing environments.
- Proven experience owning digital products from discovery through delivery, launch, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, digital platforms, data flows, cloud services, and modern software-delivery practices.
- Experience managing products within areas such as commerce, checkout, loyalty, customer accounts, mobile experiences, ticketing, payments, or digital platforms.
- Strong experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, business requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and make informed product and technical trade-offs.
- Experience overseeing vendors, system integrators, or outsourced product and delivery teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product, customer, operational, and commercial data to guide decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, cross-domain dependencies, and complex delivery environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without relying on direct line-management authority.
