About the Role:

As a Senior Manager – Product Management (Supply Chain Analytics), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and roadmap for analytics-driven decision-making across the supply chain. You will drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities that empower business users to optimize forecasting, inventory, procurement, and logistics performance. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that sits at the intersection of product, data science, engineering, and business operations. You will be expected to work independently, influence across teams, and deliver high-impact outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You Should Have:

• 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in product management for enterprise software, analytics platforms, or supply chain tech. Consulting experience is a plus.
   

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning and analytics functions – supply chain KPIs, demand/supply planning, S&OP, procurement, logistics, inventory optimization.
   

• Demonstrated success in delivering supply chain assessments across Manufacturing and retail industries.

• Experienced with software implementations playing a solution architect role for supply chain analytics/planning applications and/or experience leading product build for supply chain applications.
   

• Familiarity with supply chain planning & analytics tools/platforms like o9, SAP, Databricks, Tableau, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan or similar.
   

• Experience working with data teams with deep understanding of predictive models, scenario analysis, and optimization techniques.
   

• Ability to define and track supply chain KPIs for different industries including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead time reduction, etc.
   

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
   

• Proficiency in Agile product development, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and iterative roadmap planning.
   

• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to both technical and executive stakeholders.

• Very strong analytical skills
   

• Educational background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or MBA/MS in Business/Analytics.
   

What You Will Do:

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for supply chain analytics solutions.
   

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and UX to build high-impact analytics features that solve real-world supply chain problems.
   

• Engage with enterprise customers and internal users to capture needs, validate concepts, and prioritize use cases.
   

• Translate complex business requirements into clear, data-driven product specifications and user stories.
   

• Drive delivery through sprints; ensure outcomes align with business goals and user expectations.
   

• Define and monitor product success using clear performance metrics and user feedback loops.
   

• Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for analytics as a core capability within the supply chain suite.
   

• Mentor and guide junior PMs, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
