We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Verizon account team. This role is pivotal in strengthening our partnership with Verizon and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will blend deep program management skills with technical expertise in wireless networks deliver to achieve strategic business objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts. 

• Direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems. 

• Manage technical programs including FOAs and trials.

• Establish strong relationships with engineering, sales, and product teams within Samsung. 

• Manage cross-functional teams to enable the launch of new solutions/software packages. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven track record in program management and executive presentations.

• 10+ years of program management experience with large service providers (e.g., Verizon)

• 8+ years of technical experience in wireless telecommunications

• Deep knowledge of wireless networks (Macro Cells, Small Cells, Packet Core)

• Strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence. 

Skills and Qualifications

Additional Qualifications:

• Ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels

• Proven track record in developing and executing strategic account plans

• Experience presenting to executive leadership (Directors/VPs)

• Strong negotiation skills, including ability to align stakeholders with opposing views

• Expertise in managing multiple business development initiatives simultaneously

• Ability to analyze and act on technical documents, contracts, and engineering materials

• Excellent presentation skills for both technical and business audiences

• Leadership experience directing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives

• Ability to set clear program targets, make decisions, and measure performance

• "Hunter" mentality with talent for simplifying complex network solutions

• Asian business experience preferred

Physical/Mental Demands:

• Work is generally performed in an office environment.

• Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time.

• Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity.

• The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds.

• Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines.

• Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC’s, printers, copiers, faxes and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area.

• May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule.

• Ability to travel up to 25%.

• Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
