What You’ll Do:

The Communications team at CoreWeave is responsible for how the world understands the infrastructure powering the AI era. We work with reporters, analysts, customers, and partners to explain what our platform makes possible — and to keep the story grounded in what the technology actually does. Physical AI is one of the fastest-moving frontiers we support: the robotics companies, autonomous vehicle programs, industrial manufacturers, and scientific research teams building AI that perceives, reasons, and acts in the real world. Nearly all of it depends on compute, simulation, and data infrastructure like ours, and almost none of it has a settled public vocabulary yet. This role owns that story.

About the Role:

As Communications Manager, Physical AI, you will be the first dedicated communications owner for CoreWeave’s Physical AI business. You will define the narrative for an emerging category, build the proof points that make it credible, and run the media and thought-leadership program that puts it in front of customers, partners, and the press. You will work directly with the leaders of Physical and Scientific AI, with technical experts across product and engineering, and with the customers building on our platform — owning the work from strategy through execution rather than handing it to an agency. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role on an eight-person Communications team, with real influence over how an entire category gets defined.

In this role, you will:

• Own the Physical AI communications strategy — narrative, core messaging, proof points, and priority media map — and keep it consistent across leaders, launches, and external coverage.
• Lead communications for product, partner, and customer announcements, from integrated launch plan through earned-media outreach and post-launch measurement.
• Build and run an executive visibility and thought-leadership program for Physical AI leadership, spanning interviews, keynotes, bylines, podcasts, and industry events.
• Create a repeatable pipeline of customer and partner stories across robotics, autonomous systems, industrial applications, and scientific AI.
• Develop and sustain relationships with business, technology, and trade reporters covering AI infrastructure, robotics, and autonomy.
• Write the material the program runs on — press releases, pitches, blogs, bylines, briefing documents, talking points, Q&A, and messaging frameworks.
• Serve as communications counsel to Physical AI leaders on announcement strategy, timing, risk, and issues management, partnering with Legal and Policy as needed.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Social, Brand, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Analyst Relations, and Investor Relations so one narrative holds across every channel.
• Measure program performance — coverage quality, message pull-through, share of voice — and use it to sharpen the next cycle.

Who You Are:

• 7+ years of B2B technology communications experience — in-house, agency, or a combination — including direct ownership of an earned media program.
• Demonstrated track record leading integrated product, partner, or customer launches end to end: strategy, cross-functional coordination, writing, pitching, and measurement.
• Demonstrated experience writing and placing press releases, pitches, bylines, blogs, and executive talking points on technical subject matter.
• Established relationships with business and technology media, or a documented record of building a beat from scratch in an emerging category.
• Experience providing direct communications counsel to senior executives, including announcement strategy, spokesperson preparation, and issues management.
• Experience translating technical subject matter — infrastructure, hardware, AI/ML, simulation, or comparable — into accurate narratives for non-specialist audiences.
• Experience owning multiple concurrent workstreams to deadline in a fast-moving environment, with hands-on execution rather than agency dependence.
• Experience with communications measurement, including coverage analysis, message pull-through, and share of voice.

Preferred:

• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, simulation, digital twins, industrial technology, scientific computing, or AI cloud infrastructure.
• Experience supporting technical founders, engineers, researchers, or product leaders as spokespeople.
• Global communications experience, including major industry events such as GTC, CES, Hannover Messe, or ICRA.
• Experience with analyst relations, policy communications, content strategy, or investor communications.
• A mix of in-house and agency experience.

The base salary range for this role is $149,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
