We're growing our Creative & Brand organization in Mexico City, and we're looking for bold, systems-driven design leaders to shape how Salesforce looks, moves, and communicates at scale.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Motion Design to lead the origination of foundational motion identity systems for Salesforce's global brand. This is not a production or execution role — this is a strategic, systems-level design leadership position based in Mexico City.

In this role, you will be responsible for architecting repeatable "motion DNA" and scalable toolkits that creative teams across the globe can adopt, adapt, and build upon. You will also pioneer Agentic Creativity at Salesforce, leveraging a cutting-edge AI stack to scale these systems 30% faster while preserving the human brand craft that defines our visual identity.

What You'll Do

Strategic Motion System Design

• Originate and architect foundational motion identity systems that serve as the repeatable "motion DNA" for Salesforce's global brand

• Develop systemic motion toolkits, templates, and frameworks that enable global creative teams to self-serve with consistency

• Define and govern motion standards, ensuring 100% brand compliance across all system outputs

• Shift the team's creative output so that 40% is dedicated purely to systemic origination — moving away from one-off execution toward scalable, reusable infrastructure

Agentic Creativity & AI-Powered Workflows

• Pioneer the use of an advanced AI stack to accelerate motion design workflows at enterprise scale

• Bridge traditional motion tools (e.g., After Effects) with modern generative AI and agentic workflows

• Drive a 30% increase in system production speed without sacrificing brand integrity or human craft

• Evaluate and implement emerging AI-powered motion technologies as the creative landscape evolves

Executive Stakeholder Engagement

• Present and defend original motion systems to executive audiences, targeting a 70% immediate executive approval rate on first presentation

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, and Creative leadership to align motion systems with broader brand strategy

• Communicate design decisions with clarity, persuasion, and executive-level fluency in English

People Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and inspire a team of motion designers, establishing a culture of systemic thinking and creative innovation

• Mentor designers in both traditional craft and AI-augmented workflows

• Set quality standards and KPI frameworks to measure the systemic impact of the team's output

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of world-class motion design experience, with a demonstrated portfolio of systems-level, brand-defining work

• Proven track record of originating motion identity systems — not just executing videos or adapting existing assets

• Deep expertise in After Effects and the broader Adobe Creative Suite

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to motion and video workflows

• Executive-level English communication skills (written and verbal) — mandatory

• Demonstrated ability to present design strategy and systems to senior and C-level stakeholders

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

• Advanced Stack & AI Generative Mastery: full command of the contemporary AI creative stack, including tools like Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Luma Agents, and Runway Gen-4.5. 

• Ability to build custom, AI-native generative workflows that prioritize brand soul over generic output, successfully bridging traditional motion tools like After Effects (used for final quality checks) with modern production models. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading motion design at a global technology or enterprise software company

• Background in brand systems design (not just campaign or video production contexts)

• Knowledge of prompt engineering for AI-assisted visual and motion content generation

• Experience building and scaling creative toolkits for geographically distributed teams

This role is KPI-driven. Performance will be evaluated against the following metrics:

• Executive approval rate on original motion systems: 70% on first presentation

• Brand compliance rate across all system outputs: 100%

• Team output dedicated to systemic origination: 40% of total output

• Production speed improvement via AI stack: 30% faster vs. baseline
