The Energy Inbound & AI Marketing team is at the forefront of transforming how S&P Global connects with energy market participants through innovative AI-driven marketing solutions. Responsibilities and Impact:

• Build and Deploy AI Agents: Design, configure, test, and deploy AI agents that address priority marketing use cases and support measurable business outcomes

• Create and Maintain the Agentic Marketing Roadmap: Establish and maintain a practical roadmap that aligns individual AI agents to the broader marketing roadmap, workflows, priorities, and operating model

• Drive Agentic Portfolio & Use Case Management: Oversee the pipeline of Agentic Marketing initiatives from ideation through deployment, translating business opportunities into actionable requirements

• Orchestrate the Agentic Marketing Ecosystem: Articulate required interactions, dependencies, and touchpoints between agents, marketing workflows, knowledge sources, and CRM/MAP platforms

• Data & Integration Readiness: Define the data, integration, and governance requirements required for agent performance in partnership with technology and business teams

• Testing, QA, & Optimization: Develop testing frameworks and validation plans to assess agent quality, response accuracy, workflow effectiveness, and business impact.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Experience and demonstrated proficiency building, configuring, or deploying AI agents, automation workflows, knowledge retrieval solutions, conversational AI, or other AI-enabled business applications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, marketing technology, business systems, information systems, product management, or related disciplines

• 5+ years of experience in MarTech, AI implementation, digital product delivery, business systems, technical program management, marketing operations, automation, or related roles

• 3+ years of hands-on experience translating business use cases into technical requirements, workflows, agent logic, automation rules, data requirements, QA plans, or deployable solutions

• Strong understanding of how marketing platforms, CRM, marketing automation, customer data, content repositories, reporting tools, and workflow systems connect to support GTM execution

• Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical teams, manage ambiguity, and coordinate complex delivery across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI development platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Microsoft Power Platform, OpenAI-enabled tools, agent frameworks, or workflow automation technologies

• Experience with marketing technology platforms including marketing automation, CRM, CDP, analytics, paid media, web, content management, event, personalization, or customer intelligence solutions

• B2B marketing experience with knowledge of commodity markets

• Proven ability to lead complex projects involving both technical and business teams with strong cross-functional, matrix teamwork skills
