What you’ll do

Kraft Heinz is currently seeking a Senior Manager – Order to Bill (OTB) under KH Tech within the ERP organization. This role will lead strategic initiatives and global transformation programs across the OTB landscape with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, optimization, and operational excellence.

As a Senior Manager – OTB, you will serve as a functional leader responsible for driving end-to-end Order to Bill enabling technology, partnering closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.

 

You Will

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Order to Bill implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across global business units. Drive end-to-end OTC/OTB process design including Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, ATP and Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Billing and Invoicing, EDI/Customer Integration, Returns and Claims Management, e-invoicing, SAP DRC
• Partner with business stakeholders to define roadmap strategies, process improvements, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Manage large-scale projects and agile delivery teams to ensure successful implementation within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between SAP SD, Finance, Supply Chain, EDI, Middleware, and Master Data teams.
• Establish governance, testing strategy, deployment planning, and change management processes to ensure successful business adoption.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, customer experience, and revenue enablement.
• Mentor and manage internal teams, external consultants, and offshore resources while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Support innovation initiatives leveraging AI, analytics, and intelligent automation within the Order to Cash ecosystem.
• Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture standards, compliance requirements, internal controls and SAP best practices.

Who you are

• I have strong hands-on experience in SAP Order to Bill processes with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• I have successfully led multiple full lifecycle SAP transformation programs in global environments.
• I possess strong functional expertise in SAP SD and related integrations with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and EDI platforms.
• I am experienced in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• I am a strong people leader with proven experience managing and mentoring teams, consultants, and vendor partners.
• I am confident in conducting strategic discussions with senior business stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• I am passionate about process optimization, automation, and delivering business value through digital transformation.
• I thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively navigate organizational complexity and competing priorities.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a lead role managing SAP Order to Bill functions.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and OTB business processes.
Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
Experience managing global teams and third-party implementation partners.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualification

Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or food & beverage industries.
Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including EDI, middleware, and APIs.
Exposure to AI-enabled business process automation and analytics platforms.
SAP S/4HANA certification or related SAP certifications preferred.
Experience with SAP Order Management solutions, FSCM, and Revenue Management is a plus.
