Parsons are looking for a highly experienced Infrastructure Assets Integration Senior Manager to join their team!
The Infrastructure Assets Integration Senior Manager supports the Asset Lifecycle Planning & Integration Director by working with the Infrastructure portfolio lead, roads and car parks stakeholders, City Operations and O&M teams to shape practical lifecycle plans and renewal programmes for infrastructure assets.
The role feeds risks, issues, opportunities, condition insights and maintenance feedback from O&M into prioritisation, lifecycle plans and renewal pipelines, ensuring infrastructure asset decisions are evidence-based and aligned with the city-wide AM framework.
What You'll Be Doing;
- Work with the Infrastructure portfolio lead to shape lifecycle plans and programmes for roads, car parks and related infrastructure assets.
- Translate city-wide lifecycle principles, renewal rules and intervention thresholds into practical infrastructure asset plans.
- Support development of planned maintenance, renewal, refurbishment and replacement approaches based on asset condition, criticality, performance and service impact.
- Ensure lifecycle plans reflect operability, maintainability, safety, user experience, access, resilience and whole-life value.
- Feed risks, issues and opportunities from O&M into lifecycle prioritisation, asset management plans and renewal pipelines.
- Capture infrastructure asset performance, defects, recurring failures, maintenance constraints and operational lessons learned.
- Support risk-based prioritisation by joining condition, criticality, cost, performance, safety and service-impact information.
- Escalate infrastructure risks where deferral, funding gaps or unclear ownership may affect lifecycle performance or operational readiness.
- Support development of infrastructure renewal pipelines by consolidating condition, risk, cost, maintenance and performance data.
- Work with the Asset Lifecycle & Costing Senior Manager and SAP EAMS stakeholders to ensure roads and car parks data supports lifecycle forecasting and budget inputs.
- Maintain clear evidence for renewal priorities, intervention timing, cost assumptions and operational impacts.
- Prepare concise updates on infrastructure lifecycle priorities, risks, backlog and recommended actions for the Director.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Infrastructure, Transport, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
- Certification or training in asset management, infrastructure maintenance, project management or lifecycle planning is desirable.
- Minimum 15 years experience in infrastructure asset management, roads, car parks, transport infrastructure, facilities, maintenance planning or city operations.
- Experience supporting lifecycle plans, renewal programmes, maintenance strategies, risk registers or asset management plans.
- Ability to work with O&M teams, portfolio leads, consultants and asset management stakeholders to turn operational feedback into practical improvement actions.
- Background in infrastructure lifecycle planning, roads and car parks operations, planned maintenance, renewals or asset performance monitoring.
- Exposure to ISO 55001-aligned asset management principles, including whole-life value, risk, performance and continual improvement.
- Infrastructure lifecycle planning for roads, car parks and related assets.
- Risk-based prioritisation, condition assessment, maintenance feedback and renewal planning.
- O&M feedback loops, issue resolution, backlog visibility and operational improvement.
- AM data inputs, SAP EAMS reporting, lifecycle dashboards and budget-support evidence.
