The Job

• Support distribution channels to grow High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth business for the company, including but not limited to Brokerage and Bancassurance.

• Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for POS enquiries and requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties to drive timely resolution and effective case progression.

• Provide end-to-end case management support for policy servicing submissions, including assignment documentation, premium-related matters, and complex or escalated requests.

• Handle Premium Financing cases and coordinate premium financing operational matters, including documentation, workflow management, issue resolution, and gatekeeper clearance.

• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding of new Premium Financing platforms, working closely with internal functions, banks, financing providers, distributors, and other external parties to establish requirements, workflows, controls, and implementation readiness.

• Support assigned distribution channels, including international brokers, and coordinate policy servicing matters relating to Hong Kong- and Bermuda-issued policies.

• Participate in operational enhancement projects, support the design and implementation of improved workflows and controls, and develop and maintain formal standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The Person

• Degree holder in business or another related discipline.

• Possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations, preferably covering HNW business, POS case management, and Premium Financing.

• Experience in supporting international brokers and handling operational or policy servicing matters for both Hong Kong- and Bermuda-issued policies.

• Demonstrated experience in handling Premium Financing cases and coordinating the onboarding of new Premium Financing platforms, including workflow setup and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external parties.

• Proven involvement in process or system enhancement projects, with hands-on experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining formal SOPs.

• High level of business sense, risk, sales quality, and compliance awareness.

• Open-minded on managing multi-channels.

• Possess a high sense of responsibility and job ownership.

• Strong knowledge of life insurance products and operational flows.

• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and team leadership/player abilities.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
