Company Overview

Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, supported by a leadership team with deep experience in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugates. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, an investigational gamma secretase inhibitor for which an NDA has been accepted by the U.S. FDA; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; IM-1617, a clinical-stage solid tumor ADC; and IM-3050, a clinical-stage FAP-targeted radioligand therapy. We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early-stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Position Overview

Immunome is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Value and Access to support global health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and market access activities in the US and ex-US for our oncology portfolio. This role will primarily lead the execution of HEOR studies and evidence-generation deliverables, while flexing into broader market access priorities as Immunome prepares for a potential launch of its lead asset, varegacestat.

The successful candidate will combine strong HEOR technical and project management capabilities with a practical understanding of US and ex-US payer evidence needs, value communication including field tools, and new drug launch. This is a highly visible opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, and is eager to take on new responsibilities. The level will be commensurate with experience; the ideal candidate will bring enough launch exposure to add value immediately while continuing to grow across Global Value and Access.

Responsibilities

HEOR Strategy and Evidence Planning

  • Support integrated HEOR and real-world evidence strategies aligned with clinical development, medical, regulatory, and market access priorities.
  • Identify evidence gaps and translate payer, health technology assessment (HTA), and business questions into fit-for-purpose research plans and analyses.
  • Provide HEOR input to evidence-generation plans, value propositions, and launch- deliverables for the lead asset and broader portfolio.

HEOR Study Execution

  • Lead real-world evidence studies, including burden of illness, treatment patterns, healthcare resource use, real-world comparative effectiveness, and epidemiology studies using claims, electronic health records, and other secondary data sources.
  • Develop cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models, from early economic models that inform development and pricing strategy to submission-ready models adapted for HTA bodies ex-US.
  • Conduct systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analyses.
  • Develop and review study protocols, analysis plans, reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts; ensure scientific rigor, timely delivery, and clear communication of decision-relevant findings.

Launch Readiness and Market Access Support

  • Own the launch deliverables including AMCP dossier, global value dossier, budget-impact model, and cost-effectiveness models.
  • Flex into launch market access workstreams, contributing to payer value propositions, payer research, objection handling, and access field tools.
  • Translate clinical and economic evidence into clear payer narratives and materials that support reimbursement and patient access.
  • Monitor payer, HTA, reimbursement, policy, and competitive trends and assess implications for evidence strategy and launch execution.

Vendor and Project Management

  • Manage HEOR consultants, data partners, and agencies, including scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Own multiple concurrent projects, proactively resolving risks and adapting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ensure work meets internal standards and applicable scientific, legal, regulatory, and publication requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as a Global Value and Access partner on asset and launch teams, collaborating with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, and other functions.
  • Influence without direct authority, communicate complex concepts clearly, and flex beyond core responsibilities with curiosity, urgency, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.S., M.P.H., or equivalent) in health economics, outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy, health services research, or a related discipline preferred; a bachelor's degree with directly relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HEOR, real-world evidence, market access, or a related function within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, managed care, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated experience executing HEOR or real-world evidence studies from concept through final deliverable.
  • Track record of peer-reviewed publications and scientific presentations at HEOR or clinical congresses.
  • Experience translating clinical, economic, and outcomes evidence into payer value messages or market access deliverables.
  • Launch experience preferred but not required
  • Oncology, rare disease, or specialty product experience preferred.
  • Experience managing external research partners, consultants, data vendors, or agencies.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong project management skills and ability to independently drive multiple high-priority workstreams against tight timelines.
  • Ability to critically evaluate study designs and analyses and communicate actionable conclusions.
  • Sound understanding of U.S. and global payer, reimbursement, HTA, and evidence requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including scientific writing and presentation capabilities.
  • High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, passion, and drive to take on new challenges and grow quickly.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic biotechnology environment.
  • Collaborative working style with a willingness to flex across HEOR and market access priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with close attention to detail.
