We are looking for a Senior Manager, Destination Experience Marketing to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will develop, launch and promote the experiences that position Costa Navarino as a distinctive destination. You will oversee the destination calendar and experience concepts across gastronomy, wellness, sports and culture, driving revenue, guest satisfaction and international awareness. You will work within the Marketing department, collaborating across Experience Marketing, Cluster Hospitality, Digital Presence & Performance and Costa Navarino Brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the year-round planning of destination events and signature experiences, aligning the calendar with seasonal priorities, business needs and budgets.

• Develop distinctive experiences across gastronomy, wellness, sports and culture, working with operational, commercial and marketing teams to shape each concept into a compelling guest experience.
• Create marketing strategies, content and campaigns that strengthen Costa Navarino’s positioning as a leading destination for gastronomy, wellness, sports and culture.
• Develop authentic, locally inspired experiences that showcase the heritage, communities, producers and traditions of Messinia.
• Lead the destination entertainment program, including live performances, cultural events, Navarino Soundtrack and the Navarino Hills open-air venue.
• Develop marketing initiatives and engaging event programs that increase awareness, visitor traffic and guest engagement at Navarino Agora and Dunes Agora.
• Lead the marketing of major sports events, NBA and Juventus academies, and sports camps, ensuring consistency with each partner’s brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in experience marketing, destination marketing, events or product development within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, entertainment or premium leisure.

• At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing and launching experiences or events, with budget and P&L responsibility.
• University degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience working with international partners, including artists, promoters, sports brands or retail operators.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop business cases, price experiences and analyze performance.
• Creativity and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn concepts into compelling guest experiences.
• Excellent project management, event coordination, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and sustainable tourism practices.
• Fluency in written and spoken English. An additional European language is an advantage.
• Experience in multi-property resorts or integrated destinations, as well as exposure to Marriott or another global hotel brand, is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Messinia, particularly during the summer months.
