The Senior Manager, Corporate Brand Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the corporate brand strategy to drive brand preference, awareness, and measurable business impact. This role leads integrated brand and marketing initiatives across the full omni-channel journey, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and high-quality brand presence across external touchpoints. 

As part of Radiometer’s Corporate Communications function, you will help shape how customers, associates, partners, and other stakeholders see and experience Radiometer. You will contribute to our journey toward building a world-class Communications organization—one that acts as a strategic partner to the business, focuses on outcomes over activity, and operates with speed, consistency, and quality. 

This position reports to the the Head of Communications and is part of the Corporate Communications  function, located in Brønshøj, Copenhagen. This is an individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of the corporate brand and social media agenda, supported by a student assistant.  The location of this role can be either on-site role or fully remote.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy, aligned to business priorities and designed to increase brand preference, awareness, and measurable business impact among customers, associates, partners, and other key audiences. 

• Act as a strategic partner to the business, translating business priorities into brand and social media strategies that help move the needle. 

• Manage and evolve brand guidelines, governance, and compliance, while overseeing brand agency relationships and creative output. 

• Define and strengthen a consistent corporate brand narrative and messaging across channels, aligned with Danaher’s corporate brand and Radiometer’s differentiated positioning. 

• Own the corporate social media presence end-to-end—from strategy and content planning to writing and publication—with support from a student assistant 

• Use data, analytics, AI, and Danaher Business System tools and behaviors to improve how we plan, execute, measure, and continuously strengthen brand and social media performance. 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• 10+ years of experience in corporate brand management and execution in a global organization, preferably in diagnostics, life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare sectors. 

• Demonstrated experience repositioning and evolving established brands to increase differentiation and strengthen market presence 

• Experience owning and managing corporate owned channels, including content planning, social media execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization. 

• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail, alongside solid strategic, analytical and planning skills and a creative approach to problem solving. 

• Hands-on experience of using technology and AI to optimize corporate brand and marketing tasks, including drafting content, analyzing campaigns and conducting audience research. 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Experience leading corporate media relations and executive thought leadership, including engagement with media and development of executive messaging 

• Strategic thinking and ability to project confidence and influence others 

• Building brand governance frameworks in a global organization
