In line with our growth ambitions in Egypt, we are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team in New Cairo as a Senior Inspector – Quality Assurance (Denim). Job Description

• Conduct in-line and final product inspections, identifying quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
• Evaluate samples against product specifications to ensure compliance with customer quality standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to maintain product quality
• Deliver proactive QA advisory to factories before and throughout the manufacturing process
• Analyze and troubleshoot quality issues from bulk production through to finished garments
• Ensure all finished garments meet defined specifications and quality benchmarks
• Perform fabric pre-production quality assessments in line with the quality manual
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams involved in product development and production
• Communicate quality concerns identified during testing and evaluation to key stakeholders in a timely manner
• Establish and clearly communicate tolerance levels to relevant stakeholders
• Assess garment construction in alignment with approved samples and specifications
• Define, implement, and continuously improve Quality Assurance methodologies within production processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality
• Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Strong knowledge and experience in denim products is required
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience within the manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and AQL (2.5/4.0) standards
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently
