·       Lead Compensation & Benefits activities, including payroll administration, attendance, overtime, social insurance, personal income tax, and statutory compliance.

·       Develop, review and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and Internal Labor Regulations to ensure compliance with company standards and Vietnamese Labor Law.

·       Act as the HR functional owner for Payroll System implementation, including business requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, implementation, and continuous system enhancement.

·       Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with Finance, IT, Production, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

·       Provide HR advisory support to managers on Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.

·       Monitor HR compliance related to Labor Law, CTPAT, ISO, customer requirements, and support internal/external audits and government inspections.

·       Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, headcount, labor cost, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics to support management decision-making.

·       Drive HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen HR governance.

·       Support workforce planning, annual salary review, budgeting, and other strategic HR initiatives assigned by the HR Manager.

·       Perform other HR operational and strategic assignments as required to support business objectives and organizational development.
