Über diese Senior Healthcare SaaS Trainer Stelle bei Steer Health
Steer Health is the AI-native growth platform for health systems. Our platform helps hospitals and specialty practices fill schedules, close referral gaps, and recover revenue that would otherwise leak out of the patient journey. We integrate with 36 EHRs, including Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, and athenahealth, and we support 45+ hospitals covering 19 million patient lives.
We are a lean team with outsized impact. Steer was named to the KLAS Emerging Solutions Top 20 and won the 2026 Hearst Health Prize. We are growing fast, and the people who join now will shape how the company serves its customers for years.
The opportunity
Steer's platform spans AI voice and chat agents, clinical documentation, patient access, and deep EHR integrations. Making that clear to a new hire, a hospital administrator, or a skeptical CIO is a craft. You will own it.
As our Senior Healthcare SaaS Trainer, you will be the person who makes everyone at Steer and every customer confident with the product. You will build the training function from the ground up, own onboarding and enablement, and be a trusted product voice in front of clients and prospects. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and People Operations.
What you will do
Build the training program
- Become the product expert. Learn Steer's products, workflows, and integrations deeply, and stay current as releases ship.
- Design persona-based training for administrators, front-desk and call center staff, clinicians, executives, and technical teams.
- Create the materials including decks, guides, videos, FAQs, job aids, and e-learning content.
Make every new hire product-ready
- Own product training in onboarding and build role-specific learning paths for Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and other teams.
- Run refreshers and close knowledge gaps in partnership with People Operations and department leaders.
Train customers to succeed
- Lead administrator, end-user, and role-based training as part of implementation and onboarding.
- Tailor plans to each client's workflows, configuration, and goals.
- Partner with Implementation and Customer Success to drive adoption and spot ongoing education needs.
Support Sales
- Deliver product demonstrations built around prospect use cases and workflows.
- Develop demo scripts, training environments, and enablement content, and step in as a product resource on pre-sales calls when deeper expertise is needed.
Explain how Steer connects to everything else
- Understand our architecture, integrations, and data flows well enough to explain them clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with Product and Engineering to stay ahead of system changes, and build common integration questions into your training.
Requirements

- Experience building persona-based and role-based training programs.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
