WHAT TO EXPECT:

Join Phiture as a Senior Growth Consultant, PM, owning the day-to-day relationship, communication, and delivery for one of our largest and most demanding accounts. You'll act as one of the main points of contact for client communications, owning conversations and decisions directly with the client, orchestrating across PM, ASO, and Creative, while advising the Growth Lead on strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on, individual account-ownership role that requires both strong technical craftsmanship and genuine comfort leading client conversations. You'll bring deep expertise in paid user acquisition for mobile apps, including GAC, Apple Search Ads, MMPs, and attribution, and pair it with the confidence to represent the account's strategy directly to senior, demanding stakeholders. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own Paid UA Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end strategy, setup, and continuous optimization of paid campaigns (Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads and other UA channels as relevant) to scale user acquisition efficiently, proactively monitoring spend efficiency and creative performance, and independently investigating technical issues (tracking discrepancies, delivery problems, attribution mismatches) before escalating.
• Own the Client Relationship: Own the client relationship end-to-end with day-to-day communication, deliverables (reports, proposals, strategic planning docs), and hands-on execution of the agreed strategy. Lead client meetings, educate clients beyond reporting, and communicate the real, accurate cause of any issue, including when it traces back to our own setup or execution.
• Lead, Not Just Attend, Client Conversations: Confidently drive client meetings, questioning client requests that don't hold up, proactively bringing recommendations rather than waiting to be asked, and representing the account's strategic direction directly to senior stakeholders.
• Connect PM to ASO and Creative: Actively bring the organic and creative perspective into paid conversations (and vice versa) rather than staying within a single channel, by flagging cross-functional implications to the wider team without needing to be prompted.
• Apply App-Specific Paid Media Expertise: Bring deep expertise in paid user acquisition specifically for mobile apps, SDKs and their implementation, SKAN's measurement restrictions and their implications for testing and attribution, and what an MMP does and why app marketers rely on one.
• Analyze Performance & Drive Recommendations: Dive deep into monthly metrics, set targets, analyze trends, and independently identify areas of concern or opportunity, arriving with a point of view and a recommendation grounded in the numbers, translated into what it means for the client's business. Comfort reading dashboards in a tool like Looker Studio is expected.
• Guide Client POCs & Junior Team Members: Guide Client POCs and junior team members as they build expertise, while retaining individual ownership of your own accounts. Given a problem, investigate it, propose a course of action, follow through, and close the loop with stakeholders without needing reminders.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition / performance marketing, for mobile apps, with a track record of demonstrable results (efficiency gains, scaled spend, measurable campaign impact) you can speak to concretely.
• Solid app-specific paid UA fluency: including GAC, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, SDKs, SKAN, and MMP concepts.
• Hands-on attribution/MMP experience: comfortable troubleshooting tracking and attribution issues directly.
• Genuine confidence leading client meetings: with a track record of proactively driving conversations and pushing back on client asks when warranted.
• Independent data interpretation skills: able to arrive at a point of view and recommendation grounded in the numbers.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken client communication skills and being able to simplify technical concepts for less growth-literate stakeholders without losing substance.
• A demonstrated track record of proactive ownership: able to walk through a real past troubleshooting or client-management example.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with kids/family-audience apps or highly regulated/brand-sensitive clients
• Familiarity with programmatic/DSP media buying is a big plus.
• Experience working alongside a dedicated data/attribution specialist: comfortable collaborating closely with a technical counterpart.
