As a Software Engineer in Global Retail, you'll shape how customers discover, browse, and buy retail products - apparel, beauty, electronics, auto parts and more - across Wolt, DoorDash and Deliveroo. Retail is a large growth opportunity for the business, and our mission is to be the most trusted and magical way to shop the brands and local stores customers love. You'll play a key role in making that real - from product discovery through to shopping experience in the apps millions of people use every day.

You’ll join an evolving area where we are replacing and improving parts of the existing consumer apps, building specific retail journeys within large-scale B2C applications. This means working in a complex environment where multiple teams own different parts of the same app, and where strong technical judgment is needed to create consistency, quality and speed across teams.

What You’ll Do

As a senior engineer in our group, you’ll work your magic in Go or Kotlin (and some Kotlin) helping shape how retail succeed with Wolt. You’ll have opportunities to:

📍This open role are based in our tech hubs in Helsinki. We work in distributed teams, but might not be able to offer fully remote work or relocation.
