Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade software applications. This role requires strong full-stack development expertise with a primary focus on ReactJS frontend development and Java/Spring Boot backend development. The ideal candidate will have experience building cloud-native applications, developing scalable microservices, working with modern database platforms, and supporting containerized deployments using Kubernetes. The role will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality, and scalable software solutions.

Major Deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Develop reusable frontend components and backend services to support enterprise application development.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Design, optimize, and support database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Work with Python and Scala where required for application integrations and data processing.
• Develop solutions leveraging Snowflake and modern data engineering platforms.
• Build, deploy, and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and application support activities.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure security, scalability, observability, and reliability best practices are followed.
• Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to team members.

Required Qualification & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and state management.
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design patterns, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with Git and modern version control practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python and/or Scala.
• Exposure to Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and supporting cloud-native applications.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, SSO, or similar technologies.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
