Requirements

• Advanced spoken and written English skills.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a similar degree. 
• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience preferably with Typescript, or other programming languages like:Python, JavaScript, or Haskell 
• Strong backend development experience using Next.js (API routes, server-side logic, architecture design)
• Some experience with React for building modern, responsive user interfaces
• Effective usage with AI-assisted development tools (for example: ChatGPT, ClaudeCode, Copilot)
• Solid fundamentals with software development, systems, and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architecture.
• Good knowledge of creating well-structured code in any programming language. 
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and assertive communication skills.
• Ability to learn while motivating the team and delivering results with value to our clients.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Documentation as Code (DaC) workflows
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g., Terraform)
• Containerization experience (e.g., Docker)
