We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance & Administration Manager to join our team based in Malaga, WA. This position will be responsible for managing all the commercial and financial requirements for the WA and SA branches. Partnering closely with the Sales and Service departments, this position will act as a trusted advisor translating financial information into practical insights. We are looking for a motivated individual who possesses tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting and experience in a similar leadership role.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
Manage the commercial and financial performance of the WA and SA branches, partnering with Sales and Service Managers to achieve budget and profitability targets.
Lead the sales support function, working closely with branch sales teams and Head Office to achieve monthly delivery projections.
Ensure sales contracts, rental agreements, and customer orders are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.
Conduct business and financial analysis, providing commercial recommendations to improve branch performance and financial returns.
Oversee branch asset management, stocktakes, and reconciliations, while supporting Service teams with van stocktake activities.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sales and Transport Administration professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to branch and Head Office stakeholders.
Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted business partner to operational leaders.
Travel regularly between Western Australia and South Australia branches.
Requirements for success:
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance, with CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar finance or commercial management role within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple profit and loss (P&L) accounts across different business units, branches, or locations.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Strong commercial acumen, high attention to detail, and a sound understanding of key business drivers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate on a regular basis.
